We are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join our Group Finance team in Nordhavn and play a key role in ensuring transparency, consistency, and high‑quality reporting across Conscia. In this role, you will work closely with the C-level leadership, country finance teams, stakeholders across the business, and external partners to support our continuous financial development.

- Bring at least 8 years of general work experience, including 5+ years in similar controller or accounting roles.
- Have strong competencies in corporate finance, financial reporting, and accounting principles.

Your Responsibilities – ensuring transparency and quality at Group levelIn this role, you will help secure solid financial reporting and drive efficient processes across the Group. Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring effective and transparent accounting practices aligned with group policies and standards.
- Safeguarding compliance with regulatory requirements, processes, and accounting principles.
- Supporting monthly, quarterly, half‑year, and annual close activities and delivering accurate reports on time.
- Acting as super user for the Group consolidation system (AFC) and ensuring high‑quality data flows.
- Supporting local accounting teams in using ERP systems effectively and enabling business activities.
- Contributing to internal and external reporting, including annual and quarterly Group reports.
- Supporting the audit process and ensuring a high level of documentation and alignment.
- Managing IFRS16 reporting for the Group.
- Assisting management with ad‑hoc analysis to support business understanding and decision‑making.
- Be involved in providing financial support to strategy development, including financial modelling.
- Contributing to M&A financial integration activities and governance.
- Supporting internal controls and financial risk management initiatives.
