The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for conducting competency development analysis and implementing learning-based initiatives. This includes design, development, and delivery of capability development programs to support strategic initiatives and enhance performance and engagement.

We are looking for a colleague with:
- plus 10 years of general P&C experience
- at least 5 years of specialised L&D experience
- fluency in English (German is a plus)
- an interest in working across our geographies and across our organisational structure
- strong stakeholder management and project management skills incl change management experience
- experience working in tech industry is a plus, experience working with deeply specialised employees is a must
Our new colleague will be responsible for:
- Our Network of Knowledge, internal competency development framework
- Continuous capability assessments across the organisation and managing functional development tracks
- Visualise and translate the links from our business strategy to our competency management efforts
- Functional learning path design including technical, behavioral and leadership programs and working with external partners where relevant
- Manage our LMS usage and training effectiveness
- Facilitation of webinars and inhouse training sessions
- Foster and drive feedback culture to support employee development and performance management
