Want hands-on experience managing real AI projects in a consulting environment?
As an IT Project Manager Intern, you’ll join a cross-functional AI project group working across our two Business Lines: M3 (ERP) and Data & AI. You will help bring structure, coordination, and momentum to real AI initiatives - gaining hands-on experience with project delivery in a fast-moving consulting environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business, technology, and AI, where ideas are turned into structured and actionable projects.

🕛 Duration: Aug/Sep - Dec 2026 · Full-time
As part of the AI project group, you will help drive structure, coordination, and progress across a portfolio of AI initiatives. You will also be part of our M3 Project Management Office (PMO), working closely with experienced project managers.
In this role, you will:
Drive planning and coordination across AI projects and workstreams
Own and maintain key project artefacts (roadmaps, milestones, risks, and progress tracking)
Prepare and facilitate steering materials and follow-ups for decision-making forums
Identify blockers and help ensure momentum across project activities
Translate business needs and technical input into clear, actionable project activities
You will collaborate daily with AI & Automation Interns and receive close sparring from senior project managers and specialists.
We are looking for a structured and proactive student who wants hands-on experience with IT project management in an AI context.
You might be someone who:
Is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business & IT, cand.merc., cand.it, Digital Innovation, or similar
Has an interest in project management, coordination, and stakeholder collaboration
Is a strong communicator in English (Danish is a plus)
Can work on-site in Aarhus or Middelfart (student commuter card possible)
Is curious about AI and motivated to work in a fast-moving tech environment
No experience with AI or coding is required.
Ownership of real tasks in AI initiatives from day one
