Would you like to play a key part in shaping the future supply chain of Coloplast? In Global Supply Chain, we have kicked off a transformational journey with the purpose of improving our supply chain and planning processes and systems end to end.
You will lead one of our key strategic initiatives – the upgrade of Coloplast’s global planning system to the cloud. Working closely with IT, your focus will be on the supply chain side, driving the enhancement of our end-to-end planning processes to strengthen performance, agility, and resilience across our global network.
By shaping the future of our planning processes and systems, you will help ensure that our products reach the people who rely on them – ultimately enabling Coloplast to continue making a meaningful difference for patients worldwide.
Become part of a brand-new team
You will be based at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark and be part of our Global Supply Chain. Here, you will join our new Supply Chain Development team of experienced supply chain development managers based in Denmark, Sweden, UK and Germany. Together, we are responsible for execution of all supply chain development and transformation initiatives and projects.
In this team, we drive change for impact across Coloplast, always keeping our end users in mind. We enjoy working across the organization, leading change for lasting impact. And you will join us as we are still building the team, meaning the energy is great and there is room for your ideas.
Make lasting impact
The overall scope for your role will be to handle supply chain transformation initiatives and support enterprise-wide programs as a supply chain representative.
In a classic project management role, you will get to use your entire project management toolbox and manage a range of stakeholders, as you lead project execution as the link between our Supply Chain organization, IT and external suppliers. This also entails presenting to upper management, facilitating workshops with the project participants and acting as the link between Operations and IT.
Moreover, you will be part of identifying opportunities for improvement of our global supply chain and be the lead of those projects all the way from ideation to handover to the business.
You bring a proven track record of delivering change at a global scale
We are looking for a colleague who can bring energy to a diverse group of project contributors and is able to bring people together and ensure project progress. With a holistic and collaborative approach, you are able to manage stakeholders and communicate at all levels of an organization. Finally, we imagine that you:
• Hold a master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
• Have +4 years of experience as a project manager, with a proven track record of delivering high impact transformation programs or projects in global organizations
• Have a solid change management toolbox and profound experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Have an extensive interest in systems and the ability to deep dive into technical details – and bridge processes and systems.
• Possess a strong understanding of supply chain processes and related systems (planning systems, ERP, MES, etc.)
• May have experience working with Advanced Planning Systems such as OMP or other relevant systems
• Are fluent in English
