Position Title: Full Stack Developer 
Location: Lahore
Job Timings: 8am-5pm Central Time (US) (6pm-3am PKT)

Job Objective
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to work closely with our client, primarily on maintaining & developing e-Comm solutions. This role requires strong ownership across both front-end and back-end development, with an emphasis on building scalable, high-performance systems on AWS.
Responsibilities
  • Work with our front-end developers and internal design and marketing teams to help gather requirements and offer suggestions and ideas.
  • Work with a variety of back-end frameworks and libraries and understand the pros and cons of them.
  • Strive for simplicity in code design while collaborating with other engineers.
  • Care about great code and be eager to learn new technologies.
  • Embrace new challenges with confidence.
  • Be curious, always tinkering with new technologies and frameworks.
  • Push the boundaries of what technology can do.
  • Think deeply about creating scalable systems, particularly those that enable you and other engineers to innovate and move fast with high quality in a repeatable way.

  • Use AI tools to uplevel and streamline work without relying on it.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) with production experience in Vue.js and/or Angular.
  • Solid experience with back-end development using Node.js and/or Python.
  • Proven experience building and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and working with webhooks.
  • Solid HTML/CSS skills, including pre/post-processors (Sass, PostCSS).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience running and supporting workloads on AWS (e.g., compute, storage, databases, networking).
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques (caching, CDN tuning, asset optimization, lazy loading, Core Web Vitals).
  • Familiarity with modern build tools and bundlers such as Vite or Webpack.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and cloud-based deployments.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
Good to have:
  • Ideal candidates will have TypeScript and eCommerce/Shopify knowledge.
