Job Description
Clinical Ink is seeking a Product Manager to join our Copenhagen Business Unit based in Denmark. In this role, you will manage the end‑to‑end product development process, ensure the product delivers maximum value, and act as the primary contact between the product team and internal and external stakeholders. You will own and prioritize the team's backlog, research customer and market needs, align stakeholders, and ensure compliant, high‑quality releases that deliver maximum value. The Product Manager's responsibilities include:
  • Backlog ownership (Azure DevOps)
    • Build, prioritize, and maintain the team backlog.
    • Write and refine features.
    • Clarify and prioritize defects and technical enablers with clear acceptance criteria and traceability.
  • Ensure flow and delivery
    • Collaborate daily with developers, UI/UX, and testers.
    • Remove impediments and roadblocks for the team.
    • Coordinate dependencies with other teams, partners, and business stakeholders.
    • Keep work aligned to commitments to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Discovery and product decisions
    • Research customer and market needs.
    • Pitch feature ideas.
    • Align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes.
  • Quality and release
    • Accept completed work against the team’s Definition of Done.
    • Promote testable requirements and conduct final review and approve releases.
  • Product ceremonies and collaboration
    • Prepare and contribute to refinement, planning, and retrospectives.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education) required; Master’s degree with a focus in life sciences, computer science, or similar preferred. 
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager; preferably building digital products in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences space.
  • Experience with backlog ownership; hands-on with Azure DevOps (or similar).
  • Proficiency with analytics and strong analytical thinking; ability to prioritize effectively across features, defects, and enablers.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable working closely with engineers and business stakeholders alike.
  • Familiarity with regulated delivery (auditability, traceability) and user-centered design principles preferred.
  • Certifications such as CSPO/PSPO are highly preferred.
  • Desire and curiosity to build digital products that solve real customer problems.
  • Proactive, pragmatic and outcome-focused.
  • Excellent communicator; able to explain clearly to internal and external stakeholders and convey requirements to the product team.
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and persistent when refining features to meet the required outcomes
  • Collaborative; champions early customer validation, data‑informed prioritization, and automation‑supported delivery.
