Job Description
Clinical Ink is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our Copenhagen Business Unit based in Denmark. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality features across our clinical trials platform (Direct Data Capture, eCOA/ePRO), working closely with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders. This role is frontend-focused but expects full-stack contribution in an Azure-hosted environment. The Full-Stack Engineer's responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain responsive web applications using Vue.js for clinical users
- Implement and optimize backend services and APIs in C# with SQL-backed data stores
- Deploy, monitor, and scale services on Azure; contribute to CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, accessible interfaces
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to product decisions
- Write clean, testable code; perform code reviews and mentor peers
- Troubleshoot issues across the full stack and maintain technical documentation
- Support integrations with devices, sensors, telemedicine, and other digital health tech
Qualifications
- 5+ years building production web applications as a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer
- Strong Vue.js expertise (components, state management, TypeScript/JavaScript)
- Solid backend development in C# (.NET) and SQL experience
- Practical Azure experience (App Services, Functions, CI/CD)
- Comfortable working in a product team with designers, QA, and product management
- Proficient with Git and test-first development practices
- Excellent problem solving and communication in English
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of eCOA / ePRO systems and regulatory concerns (21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Azure DevOps experience (pipelines, work item tracking)
- Microservices, containers (Docker)
- Test automation frameworks, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design
- Relevant Azure or development certifications
