Treasury Manager – Private Markets, Portfolio Optimization Team - Copenhagen

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to lead liquidity and cash management for our Private Debt and alternative assets strategies. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to take ownership of treasury operations in a successful and growing investment environment.

The person will be part of the Portfolio Optimization Team, which oversees the portfolio implementation and optimization across High Yield, Leverage Loans, Multi Asset, and Private Debt mandates.

Our Private Debt strategy focuses on financing to middle-market private equity-backed LBOs in Northern Europe. The strategy has delivered strong investment results and has as a result shown continuous growth and now manages more than €5bn of assets and is currently investing from its fifth fund vintage, which had final close in March 2025 at €3bn (hard cap).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize liquidity and cash management processes across Private Debt funds.
  • Oversee funding requirements and ensure efficient capital deployment.
  • Collaborate with investment, operations, and finance teams to align treasury activities with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement robust treasury frameworks and reporting tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement of analytics and forecasting capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience in treasury, liquidity management, or related roles within asset management, banking, pension funds, or investment organizations.
  • Advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field with great academic credentials.
  • Proven track record of managing data, streamlining process, and developing frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Experience with Private Asset is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.
