On-call substitute / Night Porter wanted for Peak 12 Hotel in Viborg – Part of Bühlmann Hotels
We are currently seeking a night porter with a strong profile and great ambitions for Viborg's new design hotel, Peak 12 Hotel.
Viborg offers a wealth of exciting experiences, and our newly built hotel with a special focus on sustainability is the perfect base. Peak 12 is the place where you can relax with friends and family – but it's also the place where you can enjoy a fantastic cocktail in a bar with international ambitions. The hotel has 155 rooms with luxurious facilities, modern, and minimalist decor. In addition to a superb cocktail bar, the hotel also has its own high-quality coffee bar and a rooftop terrace with the best view in town.

You should be service-minded and detail-oriented, positive, and have a strong drive to achieve the hotel's goals for hospitality, service, and experience design. All this while being able to maintain an overview during busy periods and keep a big smile when representing the hotel and the entire Peak 12 team during the night hours.
We are currently looking for a permanent night porter for the hotel's reception.
Working hours are from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
Fixed shifts every Friday and Saturday in even-numbered weeks.
Additionally, by request, shift swaps, or sign-up for open shifts.
The job includes, among other things, the following responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintenance of the hotel's common areas
- Guest check-in/check-out
- Hosting for the hotel's guests
- Booking reservations and phone handling
- Serving in the hotel's ambitious cocktail bar, Bar Flora
