Night Porter wanted for Peak 12 Hotel in Viborg – Part of Bühlmann Hotels

We are currently looking for a Night Porter with a strong profile and ambition to join Viborg’s modern design hotel, Peak 12 Hotel.

Viborg offers a wide range of experiences, and our newly built hotel – with a strong focus on sustainability – provides the perfect base for both business and leisure travellers. Peak 12 is a place to relax with friends and family, but also a place to enjoy outstanding cocktails in our ambitious cocktail bar.

The hotel features 155 modern and stylish rooms with excellent facilities and a minimalist design. In addition to our cocktail bar Bar Flora, the hotel offers a high-quality coffee bar and a rooftop terrace with one of the best views in the city.

We are currently looking for a permanent Night Porter for the hotel reception.

As a Night Porter, you are the hotel’s representative during the night and play an important role in ensuring that our guests have a safe, comfortable and welcoming stay. You must be service-minded, detail-oriented and positive, while also being able to stay calm and maintain an overview during busy periods.

Working hours

Working hours are 23:00 – 07:00.
The position is 97.5 hours per month, corresponding to approximately 3 shifts per week, with every second weekend off.

Main responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance of the hotel’s public areas
• Guest check-in and check-out
• Hosting and assisting hotel guests
• Handling reservations and telephone inquiries
• Service in the hotel’s cocktail bar Bar Flora
