Employee for Morning Kitchen at Boutique Hotel Herman K – Part of Bühlmann Hotels

We are currently seeking an employee for our morning kitchen at Boutique Hotel Herman K. If you have a special focus on personal hospitality and structure in the kitchen, you might be the one we are missing in our team.

You should be service-minded and detail-oriented, positive, and have a strong drive to achieve the hotel's goals for hospitality and service. All this while being able to maintain an overview during busy periods in the kitchen and keep a big smile when representing the hotel and the entire Herman K. team in the morning hours.

Working hours are 06.30-12.00 a minimum of 15 hours per week.

The job includes, among other things, the following responsibilities:

- Hosting for the hotel's guests in the restaurant
- Prepare breakfast plates for
- Preparing and setting up for the next day
- Ordering supplies
- Cleaning and dishwashing in the kitchen
- Self-monitoring and organic accounting
- Preparing staff meals at 12:00
