We are looking for kitchen assistants for both morning and evening shifts at Airport Hotel, located right next to Billund Airport. Our hotel is a busy and international workplace where we welcome guests from all over the world – and where teamwork, quality and a fast pace are part of everyday life.

You don’t need previous experience – the most important thing is that you are motivated, service-minded and thrive in a busy environment.

Morning duties include:

• Refilling and maintaining the breakfast buffet
• Baking bread and pastries for breakfast service
• Receiving and storing deliveries
• Light guest service for special requests
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Cleaning the restaurant and lobby areas
• Cleaning and tidying the kitchen

Evening duties include:

• Preparing café-style meals and light dishes
• Dishwashing and kitchen cleanup
• Serving food and drinks to guests at the table
• Cleaning the restaurant and lobby areas
• Wiping down tables and cleaning kitchen workspaces

Your profile:

• You are friendly, approachable, and enjoy providing service
• You handle pressure well and thrive in a busy environment
• You are energetic, structured, and efficient
• You naturally engage with guests and enjoy working in an international setting
• You are flexible and willing to help across departments
• You speak and understand basic English
