Global Sales Operations & Insights Manager – Shape the Commercial Engine of a Global Market Leader

As part of an ambitious growth journey, Struers is strengthening its global commercial setup—placing data, insights, and structured sales execution at the center of its strategy. In this context, the company is now looking for a Global Sales Operations & Insights Manager who will play a central role in shaping and driving the global sales engine.
You will report to the Director of Global Sales Excellence and work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management.
Your responsibilities
The Global Sales Operations & Insights Manager role leads the global Sales Operations & Insights area, enabling data-driven sales execution and sustainable performance management. The position owns the design, documentation, and evolution of scalable sales processes, insights, and performance frameworks, and ensures effective use of tools and systems to improve sales productivity.
With high autonomy and influence, the role drives complex cross-functional initiatives and supports executive decision-making. As a subject-matter expert, it equips the global sales organization with best-in-class tools, insights, and governance, while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and PM & Marketing to ensure alignment on performance metrics, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving global sales insights & performance management
Own KPI frameworks, dashboards, and pipeline analytics
Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership
Identify growth opportunities across segments, regions, and channels
Standardizing sales processes & governance
Define and implement best-practice sales processes globally
Ensure alignment across regions in a matrix organization
Owning CRM and sales tools
Drive CRM adoption, data quality, and pipeline visibility
Play a key role in the upcoming CRM transformation journey
Driving strategic sales excellence initiatives
Lead cross-functional projects with high executive visibility
Contribute to key strategic programs within Sales Excellence
You will act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, enabling a more data-driven and performance-focused sales organization globally.
Your profile
We are looking for a commercially minded and analytically strong profile who can translate data into actionable insights and drive performance in a global sales organization. You likely have 5–8+ years of experience within Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Strategy, or a similar field—potentially from a management consulting background. You bring experience from international B2B environments, ideally within industrial or technical companies, and have a proven ability to work with sales performance, CRM systems, and KPI-driven management. You are used to operating in a matrix organization and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
You are analytical and structured, with a strong ability to create clarity in complex environments. At the same time, you are commercially driven and understand what drives growth and performance. You are curious and proactive by nature, and you are not afraid to challenge the status quo in order to improve. As a communicator, you are able to translate data into clear and relevant business insights. Finally, you bring a high level of personal drive and resilience, enabling you to navigate a global organization and successfully drive change.
