YouTube Content Lead (Based in Lithuania)

Our team consists of around 350 creative professionals from 36 countries, with 2 offices in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We’re looking for a YouTube Content Lead to take ownership of the creative direction of our Mr. Bricks channel, with a strong, hands-on focus on scriptwriting. This is not a purely strategic role. You will personally write high-retention scripts, shape video narratives, and lead content decisions that drive growth, engagement, and watch time. If you live and breathe YouTube, think in hooks and pacing, and know how to turn trends into binge-worthy, production-ready scripts - this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

• Write high-retention, production-ready YouTube scripts (including voice-over), with strong hooks, pacing, structure, and humor;

• Take full ownership of script quality, ensuring clarity, entertainment value, and minimal revisions;

• Define and develop video concepts, formats, and storytelling approaches together with the scriptwriters team;

• Translate trends, cultural insights, and performance data into strong script ideas and clear creative briefs;

• Work closely with Creators, Crafters, and Post-Production to ensure scripts are filmable, efficient, and optimized for shooting;

• Analyze audience behavior and performance metrics to continuously improve scripts and content direction;

• Provide clear, constructive feedback that raises creative quality and supports fast iteration;

• Lead by example with a hands-on, quality-driven mindset, balancing creativity with execution.

What We Expect:

• Proven experience writing successful YouTube scripts or content for viral-driven platforms;

• Deep understanding of YouTube retention mechanics, audience behavior, and platform best practices;

• Strong storytelling skills with excellent comedic timing, structure, and pacing;

• Ability to turn ideas, trends, and insights into clear, engaging, and actionable scripts;

• Solid understanding of video production realities (visuals, timing, feasibility);

• Confidence working independently and making creative decisions end-to-end;

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable working style;

• Advanced English writing and communication skills;

• Passion for internet culture, trends, and playful, imaginative content (LEGO/content for younger audiences is a big plus).

Compensation: The role comes with a fixed gross monthly salary of up to €4000, based on qualifications and experience.

Selected candidates will be required to go through several recruitment stages: a test task, a virtual interview (pre-recorded), and an interview with the hiring manager.

*This is an on-site position based in our Vilnius office. We are open to candidates from the EU and EEA who are willing to relocate to Lithuania.
