THE OPPORTUNITY

Boozt is on an exciting journey to shape a more inspiring, elevated, and future-facing brand. To help lead that transformation, we’re looking for a Senior Conceptual Art Director who can turn sharp insights into powerful creative ideas — and bring bold concepts to life across every touchpoint.

In this role, you’ll create insight-led, on-brand concepts across all media. Work that looks exceptional, lands with purpose, and performs everywhere it appears.

Reporting to the Head of Creative, you’ll work across both internal and external channels, delivering creative that is as striking as it is strategically aligned. You’ll lead large-scale shoots and ensure every output supports Boozt´s overarching strategy and communications platform.

We’re looking for someone who brings confident creativity from first spark to final execution. You have a refined aesthetic and a proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual stories. You thrive in fast-moving environments and manage complexity with clarity, calm, and momentum. You turn insights into creativity that cuts through — bold ideas that truly mean something.

As our Senior Conceptual Art Director, you’ll be the driving force behind ideas that spark, stories that stick, and visuals people don’t forget.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop high-impact creative concepts for 360 campaigns that get people talking, – clicking.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, taking ideas from concept and moodboard to final polish.

• Lead projects end-to-end, from kickoff to final delivery, always on time and on brand.

• Own the set: lead on-set art direction and oversee post-production, including style guides, crops, and final outputs.

• Present ideas with clarity, confidence, and a strong creative POV. Manage stakeholders like a pro.

• Build strong relationships with photographers, stylists, set designers, and other key collaborators.
  

YOUR PROFILE
You are a visionary creative with a sharp eye, a strong conceptual mindset, and a passion for visual storytelling. You thrive in fashion, lifestyle, or premium, fast-paced environments where ideas, craft, and strategy meet.

What sets you apart:

• Senior-level experience in Art Direction, ideally within fashion or premium lifestyle.

• A standout portfolio showcasing insight-led concepts, strong craft, and a broad creative range.

• Confidence across the full creative process — from concept development to shoot direction and final execution.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with exceptional attention to detail and consistency.

• A clear and compelling communicator who can present ideas, inspire teams, and build strong creative partnerships.

• Structured, proactive, and calm under pressure — able to manage complexity and timelines with clarity and momentum.

• Brand-driven and quality-focused, with a deep understanding of visual consistency and creative standards.
