Partner & Products Team Lead |Buying & Merchandising

THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you detail-oriented, structured, and motivated by leading others to succeed? We’re looking for a Partner & Products Team Lead to join our Buying & Merchandising (B&M) team. In this role, you’ll not only ensure that product data, images, deliveries, and invoices run smoothly — you’ll also take ownership of selected categories, lead and support a coordinator team, and act as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

You’ll work closely with buyers, merchandisers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that our partners’ products reach customers with the highest level of quality and accuracy. As Team Lead, you will also report directly to the Head of Merchandising, support strategic improvements, and help drive best practices across categories and workflows.

This is an exciting role that combines hands-on operational excellence with leadership and coordination — ideal for someone who wants to make an impact, take on responsibility, and have close interaction with products and brands.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Leadership & Category Responsibility

  • Lead, support, and develop the Partner & Products Coordinator team, ensuring strong collaboration, prioritization, and high-quality output

  • Own the operational performance and product flow for selected categories, ensuring consistency and best practices

  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational challenges within the team

  • Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives together with the Head of Merchandising

Operational Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct and timely upload and maintenance of product data, images, and attributes

  • Oversee deliveries and invoice processing for your categories, ensuring accuracy and alignment

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product- and order-related issues in close cooperation with the buying and merchandising teams

  • Maintain strong communication with external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely follow-up

  • Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to secure a seamless end-to-end product flow

WHO YOU ARE

  • A structured and detail-oriented person who enjoys keeping things organized — even when moving fast

  • An experienced communicator who confidently works with both internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Naturally service-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented — you make things happen and help others do the same

  • Comfortable leading and motivating a team, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style

  • Interested in e-commerce, retail, and/or product operations; an understanding of buying processes is a plus

  • Skilled in administrative and operational tasks; strong Excel skills (experience with product management systems is beneficial)

  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment with high variety in daily tasks

  • You might also have an interest in fashion, retail, and/or e-commerce and enjoy working close to products and category operations

WHY JOIN US?

You’ll be part of a fast-moving B&M team where no two days are the same. This is your chance to combine leadership with hands-on category and partner operations — while contributing directly to the success of one of the Nordics’ leading e-commerce companies. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we work, developing your team, and ensuring our partners’ products are presented to customers in the best possible way.
