The team
You’ll join our Ecosystems team, working closely with Production and partners like Ubisoft. This role blends creativity and organisation - you’ll need strong client management, clear communication, and the ability to bring ideas to life.
You’ll lead all content‑related work, guiding projects from early concepts through to delivery and ensuring everyone stays aligned. We’re a collaborative, informal team where every voice matters. We move quickly, explore new ideas often, and work on a wide range of projects that keep things fresh and engaging.
Above all, we want people who enjoy working together, keep learning, and feel confident sharing their ideas
The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Content Producer to lead content across our Rainbow Six ecosystem - including the five Regional Leagues (EML, SAL, NAL, CNL & APL) and global events like the Majors and the Six Invitational.
You’ll be the main content contact for Ubisoft and the central point at BLAST for ideation, planning, and execution. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with experience in esports, sports, or entertainment, who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on production. - Act as the primary content contact for Ubisoft, maintaining clear communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the content pipeline.
- Drive content ideation at BLAST - leading creative sessions and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging concepts.
- Manage the full content lifecycle, from ideation and pre‑production through filming, editing, and final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Work closely with broadcast, creative, and marketing teams to enhance storytelling, fan engagement, and competitive narratives.
- Commission, brief, and manage third‑party vendors, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.
- Oversee content budgets, resource planning, and financial tracking to ensure efficient and cost‑effective delivery.
- Monitor content performance across platforms and use insights to inform future creative and strategic decisions.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports to BLAST and Ubisoft stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Experience: 4–6+ years in content production within esports, sports, entertainment, or broadcast, with a track record of managing end‑to‑end production.
- Creative Leadership: Ability to ideate, pitch, and deliver compelling content that drives fan engagement and strengthens storytelling.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills and experience running multiple projects across teams and regions.
- Budget Oversight: Proven ability to manage production budgets, optimise spend, and forecast accurately.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect creative teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video production workflows, editing tools, and post‑production processes; hands‑on shooting or editing skills are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of esports ecosystems, fan behaviour, and content trends across platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, social, broadcast).
- Collaboration: Experience working cross‑functionally with creative, broadcast, marketing, and external partners.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, balancing long‑term planning with quick turnarounds.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English required; additional languages (e.g., French, Danish) are an advantage.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for event‑based production and on‑site collaboration.

- Enhanced parental leave
- Pension and Health Insurance
- Awesome new office in the centre of Copenhagen
- Team building and social events
- Lunch, snacks and sodas
