Your work will bring clarity to complex questions and help colleagues make better decisions every day. 

We are looking for a Data/Business Analyst to support our journey toward becoming a more data-driven organization. You’ll play a key role in unlocking the full potential of our BI platform, BioMetrics, built on Microsoft Azure and using Tableau for reporting and visualization. BioMetrics connects people with the data they need to move the business forward. 

Make a difference in how we turn business questions into actionable answers

In this role, your focus will be on delivering the right data in clear, interactive dashboards that bring business matters into sharp focus. By designing dashboard solutions that are informative and actionable, you’ll help colleagues quickly grasp key insights and take the right steps to move the business forward.

• Partner with colleagues across the business to understand and translate their needs into valuable dashboards and reports

• Design and maintain insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau

• Use strong problem-solving skills to work through complex business challenges and data

• Improve reporting processes and ensure data quality across our BI platform

• Align BI products with strategic goals and business value

You are someone who thrives in complexity, takes ownership, and enjoys working closely with diverse colleagues. You know that successful BI is about more than just numbers - it’s about making things easier to understand, easier to act on, and more impactful. You are proactive, structured, and committed to continuous improvement.

• 7+ years of experience working with data and BI in a larger enterprise environment

• Proven track record designing and implementing solutions using Tableau (or similar), SQL, and Azure-based ecosystems 

• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and lifecycle management within the field

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to guide decisions and present insights to colleagues and senior leaders

• A relevant academic degree in IT, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or similar

• Fluent in written and spoken English - Spanish is an advantage
