Project Manager

Building companies is hard. Bifrost Defence makes it easier by acting as a co-founder to ambitious technologists, inventors, and service personnel, co-building mission-critical defence and dual-use startups from the ground up. We bring capital, operational firepower, company-building expertise, marketing muscle, and deep industry networks to help founders turn bold ideas into fundable, high-impact companies.

Our ventures develop technologies that serve military and security end-users—including autonomous systems, tactical software, and in some cases, weapons-related systems. We work closely with defence stakeholders to support Europe's security and sovereignty.

Launched in August 2025, we've already built our first company and are now ramping up. We expect to launch 3+ ventures per year and need the best talent to join this ambitious journey.

Tasks

We’re hiring a Project Manager to help drive the operational heartbeat of Bifrost. You’ll work directly with founders, engineers, designers, and our internal leadership team to keep our ventures on track, organized, and moving forward. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate task lists and deliverables across multiple early-stage ventures
• Own twice-weekly progress reporting to Bifrost management
• Create simple, repeatable systems for tracking, reporting, and logistics
• Manage planning and logistics for events and field ops across Denmark, Germany, and Ukraine
• Build operational tools that early-stage teams will actually use
• Track budgets and flag financial risks early
• Be an enabler—not a bottleneck—for ambitious technical teams

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in project management, operations, executive assisting or similar in high-performing organisations
• Proven experience with project management tools like Notion, Jira or similar
• Strong organizational instincts with attention to detail
• Comfort in fast-paced, unstructured environments (ideally start-ups or tech)
• Someone who’s proactive, curious, and eager to bring clarity to chaos
• Based in Copenhagen (or planning to relocate); this is an in-person role
• Excellent communication in English
