As a Project Manager, Customer Support, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously across different customers, with project sizes ranging from medium to large in both value and complexity.

Manage projects from A to Z
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing modernization and upgrade projects for customers whose sites and systems are in live operation, where project complexity and cost can significantly impact risk.

Your primary responsibility will be to plan, lead and execute modernization and upgrade projects for customers. Projects that meet the agreed goals of budget, time, scope, resources and quality. Your tasks cover among other things:

• Supporting in sales phases and contractual review in relation to quality, risk and cost perspective
• Preparing the project plan for all phases of the projects
• Coordinating all project activities, resources and all stakeholders together with the project team
• Managing project stakeholders with a close and constructive communication with the customer
• Managing the financial status and ensuring documentation
• Ensuring proper project closure and handover to Service Manager

Moreover, we are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to the job:

• An engineering and/or a commercial education at bachelor's degree or similar
• International project management experience within service, upgrades or aftermarket
• A structured approach to project execution processes, i.e., stage-gate and agile
• An understanding of the various project management knowledge areas, i.e., PMI, IPMA or Agile
• Fluency in English
