Do you want to ensure that global mobility is compliant and supports both employees and the business? Are you passionate about creating robust processes that navigate complex regulations, tax requirements, and social security obligations across borders? As a Mobility Manager, you will play a role in safeguarding compliance while enabling smooth international assignments and cross-border work in a global organization.
At BEUMER Group, you will join 16 colleagues in our People & Culture (P&C) department. Together with our other Mobility Manager, you get to set the direction for our processes in a role where our organization in both Denmark and abroad will look to you as our mobility advisor.
As a team, we work closely with the business, providing support, guidance, and sparring across all aspects of mobility. You’ll collaborate with colleagues in Denmark and worldwide – giving you the opportunity to build a strong international network and be part of a strong global mobility support.
Manage expatriation and repatriation from A to Z
In this role, you will be responsible for our cross-border mobility and ensure a strong collaboration between the business, P&C and mobility vendors. In collaboration with the other Mobility Manager, your job tasks will include:

You will collaborate daily with both Danish and international colleagues, as well as external partners, so strong stakeholder management skill and the ability to build meaningful relationships are essential.
