Do you want to shape the visual identity of a fully digital, data-driven fashion brand? Are you ready to combine creative direction, commercial thinking and hands-on product development in a fast-paced drop environment?
We are looking for a Creative Lead to define and drive the creative direction of HYPEDROP as we scale into DTC. This is a newly created role with a unique opportunity to set the direction and further elevate and refine our existing creative foundation.
YOUR ROLE
In this role, you take ownership of the full creative and product development process, ensuring strong brand and product recognisability for HYPEDROP while leading a small team of three specialists. You work hands-on and operationally throughout the process, defining and sharpening the brand DNA and driving the development of weekly drops from idea to launch. By translating trends, data and market insights into commercially relevant styles, you set a clear aesthetic direction and ensure strong alignment between product creation, styling and final visual output. More specifically, your role includes:
