YOUR TEAM
You’ll join the Rewards & Analytics department in BESTSELLER PEOPLE (HR) – a team supporting the business with compensation, salary processes, HR services and compliance. We work closely together, we help each other when things get busy, and we care about creating real impact through insights.
You will take on a central role in strengthening how PEOPLE contributes to business performance. While your colleagues focus on Legal, Rewards and operations, you will own and drive the people analytics agenda and influence business decisions across our global organisation.

You are a business-driven analyst who is motivated by impact – not just insights. You are comfortable challenging stakeholders, and you naturally connect data with performance, cost and value creation.
We imagine that you bring:
Experience with HR data or systems (e.g. SuccessFactors or SAP) is a plus, but not a requirement.
