JOIN OUR E-COMMERCE TEAM
You’ll be part of the ambitious e-commerce department at VERO MODA, based in Aarhus. Our team is passionate about e-commerce and works collaboratively across various areas – from traffic generation and campaigning to analytics, trading, operations, and development.
As consumer behavior evolves, new opportunities arise. Omnichannel strategies and channel-specific trading are becoming increasingly important to ensure the right product availability and customer experiences.
YOUR ROLE
As our E-Commerce intern, your primary tasks will be to optimize and implement new processes within Customer Relationship Mangement (CRM). You will assist our CRM specialist in working with our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and develop the e-mail marketing channel to ensure growth in our customer database and to increase conversion rate through data-driven personalization. You will have a close collaboration across the entire E-Commerce team, and you will be in close dialogue with our CRM and Tech team about testing new hypothesis’ and to implement findings in our daily trading and commercial strategy. More specifically, your tasks include:
