Join us as a Junior Buyer at VILA and help drive our commercial success by securing the right products in the right quantities for our B2B customers, based on sales performance and market demand.  

YOUR TEAM   
You will join our NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) buying team, a dedicated, helpful and dynamic team of 8 people with an ambitious and informal work environment. As our business grows, so does our team – we are in an exciting phase of development, combining customer-specific needs with data insights to secure the best product assortment for our B2B customers. You will work closely with your team, the NOOS sales team, planners, and suppliers, collaborating across functions to turn data and demand into commercial success.  

YOUR JOB  
As a Junior Buyer, you will take part in all aspects of the buying process - from idea to product - giving you a broad exposure to the entire value chain. Your primary responsibility will be to continuously create and maintain the best product package for our B2B customers. Together with your NOOS team and relevant stakeholders, you will, based on data and insights, help ensure that we have the right qualities, prices, and deliveries, and that our products align with current trends and meet our customers’ expectations. An important part of your role will also be to manage key administrative tasks, which are essential for the team’s overall success.  

More specifically your tasks will include:   

• Daily support to our buyers and suppliers
• Sourcing fabrics, quality, price negotiation and delivery with international suppliers   
• Secure an optimal price mix across the NOOS collections 
• Order placement and production follow ups
• Participating in sales meetings & supplier visits    
• Present NOOS products at our sales meetings

YOUR PROFILE  
You are structured, proactive, and eager to learn, with a passion for buying and fashion. Combining a good understanding of numbers with a creative mindset, you contribute to product development with both structure and innovation. Detail-oriented by nature, you ensure accuracy while thriving in a fast-paced environment, and you are motivated to grow your business understanding, build strong relationships, and strengthen your experience in supplier collaboration.  

We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to the job:    

• An education within purchasing combined with solid experience in buying and product development, ideally gained in a NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) department
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
