Then you may be just the one we are looking for to join the growing Responsible Sourcing team in BESTSELLER’s Global Supply Chain department. 

WORKING AS ONE GLOBAL TEAM
At BESTSELLER, our Responsible Sourcing function is an integral part of the Global Supply Chain business unit. Our vision is to achieve sustainable and efficient sourcing through true partnerships with world-class manufacturers. We set and implement policies for due diligence and responsible sourcing practices across our global supply chain, ensuring strong social, labour, chemical, and environmental standards in our products and manufacturing sites.  

Our goal is to drive industry solutions that collaboratively address the biggest social and environmental challenges across our supply chain. In addition, we work closely with other Business Units within BESTSELLER to support and deliver on brand purchasing and sales strategies, as well as our Fashion FWD Sustainability Strategy. 

ENHANCE BESTSELLER’S TRACEABILITY OF MATERIALS
As Materials Certification Coordinator, you will be part of a team building and managing BESTSELLER’s internal systems for certificates of preferred materials. This includes developing an understanding of standards which apply to our materials, handling and verifying complex information and collaborating across a complex and international organisation. More specifically, your tasks include: 

  • Integrate material certification requirements into core business processes to ensure consistent compliance across BESTSELLER
  • Manage reporting tools and systems related to certificate management and due diligence, including Power BI reports and internal platforms
  • Maintain a clear overview of certificate tracking and support KPI monitoring in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate with suppliers and local teams to verify certificates, identify discrepancies, and proactively resolve issues
  • Stay informed on evolving standard owners such as Textile Exchange, GOTS, and Better Cotton, as well as developments from innovative fibre producers
  • Contribute to internal guidelines and SOPs, and deliver training to enhance understanding of certification criteria and ensure compliance

YOUR PROFILE
You are a team player with strong collaboration, communication, and attention to detail. You work independently, stay proactive and organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You bring structure to complex tasks and navigate many stakeholders with ease. 

We also hope you bring:

  • Experience within supplier collaboration, or process implementation – ideally combined with knowledge of certification standards, Alternatively, you hold a relevant education in sourcing or supply chain management and a strong drive to learn and grow
  • Solid data analysis and data presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the international textiles and apparel supply chain
  • Fluency in written and spoken Englis
