YOUR TEAM
You’ll join an ambitious Retail Buying team that’s shaping the future of NAME IT’s retail business. We’re hands-on, curious and data-driven – and we love seeing our work reflected in stores across Europe. 
With more than 200 stores across nine markets – and an ambition to open 1-2 new stores every week – we’re scaling fast and evolving how we work to support that growth. It’s an exciting time to join us, with plenty of opportunities to influence how we plan, buy and collaborate. Your ideas and input will help shape how we work and what our customers experience in stores every day. Working closely with colleagues across Buying & Design, Retail Operations, and our local market teams, you’ll help create assortments that combine data, product feel and customer insight.
YOUR ROLE
As Retail Buyer, you’ll take full ownership of one or more of our international markets. You’ll be the key link between the head office and the stores in your markets, using data, local insight and commercial instinct to make sure each collection performs to its potential.
You’ll plan and select assortments that reflect both NAME IT’s brand direction and what customers want in your markets. Through close collaboration with retail colleagues and area managers, you’ll turn performance insights into concrete buying actions and continuous improvements.
