We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator to join our E-commerce Distribution & Projects Team to help us drive our logistics and execute projects. 

YOUR NEW TEAM
As Operations Coordinator you will be part of an energetic and collaborative team – A core team of 6 people located in Denmark and 14 people in the extended team located both in Denmark & Amsterdam. The Distribution & Projects Team is one of the key departments servicing all BESTSELLER brands, interacting cross-collaborative with most other business areas, and with the responsibility of more than 15+ million parcels on the road yearly and a budget on the upper side of 35M EUR.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE:

• Responsible for the documentation of the distribution set up (keeping internal knowledge base up to date, updating monthly cost sheets, creating & updating SOPs)
• Coordinating with the warehouse in PL for outbound and warehouse in DK for inbound
• Coordinating on projects related to country, brand and marketplace expansions
• Following up on the projects delegated to the stakeholders
• Coordinating testing processes
• Responsible for the hyper-care after going live with new processes

YOUR PROFILE

Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:

• Preferably experience within the field of logistics
• Relevant education background within Project Management, Business Administration, Logistics or similar.
• Super user in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint & MS Teams
• Fluent in spoken and written English

WORKPLACE: Our team’s primary workplace is in our headquarters in Brande, Denmark. You are however expected to be present at Aarhus office once a week.
