Are you a proactive, detail-oriented student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international pharmaceutical company? Bavarian Nordic is looking for a Student Assistant to support our Legal & Compliance department in Hellerup.
As Student Assistant, you will:
Maintain the company’s contract management system, including train and support colleagues/”superusers” in the system, and with contracts in general
Review and advise on minor contracts (depending on education)
Handle administrative tasks including training and scheduling activities, and seminar tracking etc.
Assist with invoice and expense handling
Help manage external law firms
Support POA processes and notarization/legalization tasks
Assist the Senior Legal Counsel with insurance-related tasks
Currently studying at university (preferably law or a related field, but not a requirement)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and proactively seeking solutions to routine challenges
Fluent in English (Danish is a plus, but not a requirement)
Experience with Microsoft Office and digital tools; familiarity with contract management systems is an advantage
Interest in legal, compliance, and administrative work within a regulated industry
Work closely with senior leadership in a highly regulated, impactful industry
