ERP Finance Lead

At Bavarian Nordic, we are committed to improving and saving lives through innovative vaccines. As we continue to strengthen our digital and operational capabilities, we are looking for an ERP Finance Lead to drive finance transformation across our global supply chain.

This is a key role where finance, technology, and operations meet—ensuring strong financial control, transparency, and alignment with our business strategy.

Role Purpose

As ERP Finance Lead, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ERP finance solutions supporting supply chain operations—including procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics.

You will ensure robust financial governance, enable business insights, and support scalable growth through best-in-class ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams in ERP programs across the full lifecycle (design, build, test, and deployment) for supply chain processes
• Translate business requirements from supply chain into scalable and efficient finance and ERP solutions
• Drive end-to-end integration across core processes, including design to retire, plan to produce, inbound to outbound, forecast to plan, and source to pay
• Ensure process standardization, strong internal controls, compliance, and high-quality data governance across systems
• Oversee testing (UAT), cutover, and hypercare support while identifying and implementing automation and efficiency improvements within the ERP landscape
• In this role, you will act as a key link between finance, IT, and operations, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities while continuously improving processes and controls.

Key Requirements

• Strong finance background within supply chain or operations finance, with hands-on ERP experience
• Proven track record in ERP implementations or transformation programs
• Deep understanding of inventory, costing, and manufacturing finance flows
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, IT, and operations
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement, control, and optimization
