Kickstart your career in private equity – become an Analyst at Axcel

Axcel is looking for ambitious candidates for a full-time position in our two-year Analyst Programme. This is a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in private equity and pave the way for an exciting career at top-tier investment banks, consultancies or private equity firms – just like many of our former Analysts.

As an Analyst, you will become an integral part of Axcel’s investment team and gain hands-on experience across all stages of the investment process. You will take on real responsibility from day one and sharpen your skillset through tasks such as identifying investment opportunities, building financial models and valuations, driving due diligence processes and preparing materials for and participating in Axcel’s investment committee meetings. You may also be involved in larger strategic projects or add-on acquisitions for our portfolio companies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying attractive companies with value creation potential

  • Performing financial analyses and valuations, including LBO and multiple-based valuations

  • Conducting industry and company research

  • Participating in live deal processes and working with both internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have top academic grades from a relevant programme and expect to complete their Bachelor’s degree by summer 2026

  • Possess a strong commercial, strategic and financial mindset

  • Enjoy analytical work and solving complex problems

  • Are curious, eager to learn and motivated by both personal and professional growth

  • Are team players who thrive on collaboration and delivering results together

  • Are fluent in both written and spoken English and a Scandinavian language.

The full-time position will begin in August 2026, and you will have the opportunity to work part-time at Axcel prior to that while completing your studies.

If you see yourself in the Analyst role at Axcel, we would love to hear from you before 20 February, 2026. We will review applications and conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
