We’re now looking for a new colleague to join us as our new Product Manager in our Tech- and Product team based at our headquarters in Vejle  

About the role

As our new Product Manager, you’ll help evolve our core trade formats, Auction, Marketplace, and Buy Now, by working closely with a cross-functional squad to uncover opportunities and turn them into impactful product experiences. 

You’ll be part of our Tech and Product team, where you will have a dual focus: driving the development of great digital products and ensuring that the operational processes behind these products are optimized for efficiency and scalability.

You’ll do well in this role if you love working with others to bring meaningful solutions to life. You know how to navigate between user needs, business priorities, and team dynamics, and how to keep everyone moving in the same direction. While delivery will be your core focus, your perspective will help shape product direction, and your ability to tie daily work to the bigger picture will be key to ensure we build products that create lasting value across our ecosystem.

Let's dive into your key responsibilities!

In this role, you will

• Lead and drive your cross-functional squad to deliver impactful product improvements across our core trade formats: Auction, Marketplace, and Buy Now.
• Ensure strong team collaboration, fostering alignment, shared understanding, and a clear sense of purpose to keep momentum high.
• Work closely with Design and Engineering to define, prioritize, and ship solutions that enhance key user experiences, such as finding vehicles, bidding, and negotiating.
• Turn insights into action by identifying product opportunities using data, user feedback, and input from your team and stakeholders.
• Own the execution and continuously track outcomes, using qualitative and quantitative feedback to guide iterations and improve performance.
• Contribute to the overall product & technology planning by aligning your squad’s work with business goals and helping shape the product roadmap.
• Partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, and Leadership to make informed decisions and maximize the product’s impact.

The need-to-have skills

• Experience as a product manager, ideally in a transactional, marketplace, or SaaS environment. 
• Strong product intuition: you’re good at spotting user needs and working with others to define smart solutions. 
• Collaborative mindset: you work well across roles and get energy from enabling your team to do great work. 
• Familiarity with product discovery, agile delivery, and iterative development. 
• Solid communication skills: you can clarify complexity and bring others along.

The nice-to-have skills

• Experience in automotive, B2B software, or cross-border trading is a plus but not required
