Vendor and Partnership Manager at atNorth

We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Vendor and Partnership Manager to support our Development team and play a key role in shaping atNorth’s long-term growth.

In this role, you will lead the management of vendors, contractors, and strategic partners, ensuring strong alignment with our business objectives and development roadmap. You will be responsible for building high-value partnerships, negotiating and managing contracts, and driving performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability across our projects.

This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with procurement, legal, finance, and project teams, where your ability to balance commercial outcomes, risk management, and relationship building will be critical. You will contribute directly to strengthening our partner ecosystem and supporting the successful delivery of projects over the coming years.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and strategic partners

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners aligned with business objectives and technical requirements

  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with legal and finance teams

  • Ensure contracts are commercially sound, risk-mitigated, and aligned with company policies

  • Monitor vendor and partner performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs

  • Establish and maintain a centralized repository for contracts and partnership documentation

  • Drive strategic collaboration across procurement, operations, and project teams to align partnership strategies

  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities that support growth, innovation, and operational efficiency

  • Track and report on vendor performance, cost savings, and partnership outcomes to senior leadership

  • Support business development initiatives through effective partner engagement and market insight

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor management, partnerships, or contract negotiation

  • Experience within construction, real estate, infrastructure, or similar industries is highly desirable

  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with the ability to negotiate and manage agreements effectively

  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, governance, and contract management

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence across cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, KPI management, and reporting

  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation and stakeholder engagement

  • Structured, proactive, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in local Nordic languages is an advantage
