We expect you to ensure that masterplans and test fits align with our reference designs, while navigating local requirements and stakeholder expectations. You will also oversee the progression of agreements, including power contracts and building permit applications, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth transition into the next project phases.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strong project management skills with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset

  • Proven experience in infrastructure expansion, commercial real estate, or data center development

  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities

  • Ability to break down complex problems and focus on critical details

  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership

  • Ability to adapt to change, manage pressure, and adjust plans as needed
