Working closely with general contractors, specialist vendors, internal teams (especially Operations and Procurement), and external authorities, you will ensure that all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
This is a key position within atNorth’s Development organization and a great opportunity to help shape the future of sustainable, high-performance data center infrastructure in Denmark and across the Nordics.

Drive design coordination and procurement for critical infrastructure such as 110kV substations and Long Lead Equipment (LLE).
Manage relationships with adjacent property owners and local authorities to ensure smooth construction logistics.
Recruit and manage project supervisors and consultants throughout the project phases.
Live Environment Management
Oversee critical infrastructure upgrade projects—such as power densification and cooling expansions—within operational data centers.
Ensure contractor adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards.
Coordinate installation and commissioning of key systems such as EPODs, generators, and busbars with minimal disruption to live operations.
Lead specialized projects such as heat recovery initiatives from contract signing through commissioning and handover.
Schedule & Cost Management
Develop and maintain detailed, linked construction schedules in collaboration with atNorth’s scheduler and contractors.
Ensure timely delivery of all projects from initiation to handover.
Manage procurement processes and cost control in collaboration with the Commercial and Procurement teams.
Oversee contract approvals, claims, monthly reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
Quality & Commissioning
Ensure full compliance with atNorth’s quality standards, project quality manual, and standard commissioning procedures.
Guarantee that all works are completed in accordance with approved designs and documentation.
Collaboration & Business Support
Work closely with internal teams such as Design, Operations, Security, and Procurement.
Support the Bid and Sales teams with project data, projections, and documentation for new opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations for management, stakeholders, and external partners.
You are a technically skilled and detail-oriented project manager with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. You have experience managing large-scale construction projects in Denmark and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Danish language skills are a plus.
Direct experience with data center construction or technical upgrades in live environments.
Familiarity with Danish construction regulations and contract standards (e.g. BR18).
Experience in contract negotiation, commercial claim reviews, and budget management.
