Document Controller at atNorth
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Document Controller to support our Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure consistent, high-quality documentation across all development projects.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, structure, and compliance with internal procedures and contractual requirements. You will play a central role in maintaining our electronic document management system, establishing efficient workflows, and enabling seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
This is a key position for ensuring effective information flow across all project phases—from early development through to handover—by providing the tools, standards, and guidance needed for best-in-class document control.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the electronic document management system, including day-to-day administration and workflow setup
Track project deliverables and monitor progress against planned information delivery milestones
Ensure all documentation complies with naming conventions, document control standards, and contractual requirements
Support project teams with document control activities across multiple development projects
Develop, maintain, and distribute templates, naming conventions, and checklists to ensure consistency
Provide training and guidance to internal teams and external contractors on document control processes and systems
Manage user access and permissions to ensure secure and appropriate system usage
Act as a subject matter expert on document control best practices and promote knowledge sharing
Facilitate collaboration by ensuring correct document access and efficient workflows across stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, certifications, and project requirements
Your profile:
Experience in document control or project administration within construction, engineering, or data center environments
Strong understanding of document management systems and document control best practices
Experience with systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM360 is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse stakeholders
Structured, process-oriented approach with a strong focus on compliance and quality
Experience in a PMO or project delivery environment is an advantage
Fluency in English required; Danish is a strong plus
