Audit and Assurance Manager at atNorth
At atNorth, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our global audit and compliance capabilities as we continue to scale our data center operations across the Nordics. As Audit and Assurance Manager, you will own and continuously develop our global audit program, ensure strong alignment with our Integrated Management System (IMS), and support compliance with ISO standards, legal requirements, and customer expectations. This is a hands-on, influential role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive risk mitigation, robustness, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and continuously improve atNorth’s global audit program covering IMS processes and controls
Coordinate and manage internal audits, ISO certification audits, supplier/third-party audits, and customer compliance audits
Act as the primary point of contact for ISO certification bodies and other external auditors
Manage audit findings, nonconformities, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions
Execute HSEQ audits and monitor compliance against ISO standards, legal EHS obligations, internal policies, and customer requirements
Maintain and develop the Integrated Management System to ensure consistent and effective implementation across the organization
Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and assurance reporting, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement areas
Develop audit-related processes, KPIs, tools, and reporting to strengthen governance and performance
Travel to atNorth sites and external stakeholders as required (approx. 25%)
Your profile:
Proven experience managing combined ISO audit programs in a multi-site, international environment
Certified Lead or Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and/or 45001, with hands-on audit execution experience
Strong understanding of ISO standards, audit methodologies (ISO 19011), risk management, and internal controls
Ability to translate external requirements into practical, business-oriented internal controls
Confident communicator who can engage, coach, and support stakeholders at all levels
Structured, independent, and proactive working style, with strong collaboration skills across cultures
Bachelor’s degree in quality management, EHS, engineering, or a related field, with 4–5 years’ experience in audit, assurance, or compliance roles
Fluency in English is required; Nordic language skills and experience from data centers, technology, or industrial environments are considered a strong advantage.
