This role sits at the heart of that transformation. As Executive Finance & Administration Manager, you will be the architect of the systems, processes, and financial discipline that enable Astralis to grow confidently and sustainably. You’ll establish the frameworks that allow the organization to scale across new titles, markets, and business models, ensuring that ambition is always matched by structure.
You will work directly with ownership and leadership to create clarity in every aspect of how we operate - from financial reporting and compliance to administrative workflows and organizational systems. You won’t just manage numbers or processes; you’ll help design the engine that powers everything we build.

Your mission: Help ownership structure everything
You will work directly with ownership to bring systematic thinking to every aspect of how we operate. This is about creating the invisible infrastructure that lets talented people focus on what they do best.
We need someone with a natural sense of order who understands how to do things properly from the start. You've probably worked in environments where precision and thoroughness were essential – whether in accounting, administration, consulting, or operations.
What matters most:
You probably have formal experience with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and basic business administration. More importantly, you have the mindset that views proper structure and systematic execution as the foundation of any successful organization.
Office-based role in central Copenhagen working directly with ownership. This is not a traditional back-office position – you'll be integral to how we structure and scale the entire operation.
