We are seeking a student assistant to join our Clinical IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate, up-to-date system documentation.

Our Clinical IT team supports the Clinical Area by providing applications and tools essential for conducting clinical trials. The team consists of six dedicated colleagues who ensure the smooth operation and high quality of these systems. We offer a high degree of freedom and the opportunity to be ambitious in your work. 

You will report to Natalie Merkulova, Specialist in Business Analysis & Validation, who is based in Hellerup. You will also be based in Hellerup.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • To support the System Manager and Validation Manager with creating, updating and maintaining system documentation
  • To conduct impact assessments of new quality documentation and their impact on the system documentation 
  • To be a part of the implementation of new technologies 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

We expect you to pursue a relevant academic degree - ideally at the end of your Bachelor’s or the beginning of your Master’s - and to have some experience from a similar student position.  

Furthermore, you have:

  • A rational and structured approach to completing tasks
  • Proven ability to deliver and finalize assignments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly in English

You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.
