Job summary

This role involves defining the visual identity and brand communication for a global brand, focusing on creative execution and strategic thinking. The Art Director will work closely with a growing in-house creative team to ensure high-quality creative direction across various channels.

Qualifications

  • Experience with global brands and understanding consumer journeys.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or Capture One.
  • Ability to manage projects from brief to delivery with attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality craft and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute narrative-driven creative across campaigns and content.
  • Translate briefs into creative solutions in collaboration with senior creatives and stakeholders.
  • Engage in hands-on design execution, ensuring high standards.
  • Drive projects end-to-end, balancing creativity with practical execution.
  • Work across various media including film, photography, print, and digital while evolving brand guidelines.

Education

  • Background in design or related field preferred but not mandatory; experience is valued.
