ARIAN – Visual Marketing Solutions for Retail & Brands
ARIAN GmbH is a leading European manufacturer of high-quality POS solutions and visual brand communication for international retail companies and global brands. With in-house production in Central Europe, we combine technical precision, speed and high security standards in the delivery of complex international projects.
To further expand our international footprint, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who will develop new markets, acquire international clients and strategically grow long-term business relationships.
This position is based across Europe. The place of residence is flexible within Europe, for example in Scandinavia, Southern Europe or the DACH region. What matters is your market presence and willingness to travel, not your physical location.
As an International Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainable revenue and profit growth. You will identify market opportunities, actively acquire new clients and guide them from initial contact through to successful integration into our production and project structure. Working closely with Operations, Technical and Marketing teams, you will ensure commercially viable and technically feasible solutions are developed and delivered.
Drive international new business acquisition across retail and brand sectors
Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
Identify and convert new client opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure feasibility, costing accuracy and smooth project handover
Work with Marketing to support positioning, presentations, and go-to-market initiatives
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure profitability targets are achieved
Monitor market developments, competitor activity and emerging trends
Represent ARIAN at international client meetings
Key Objectives & Success Measures:
Achievement of annual sales and profit targets
Growth of new international accounts
Sustainable revenue development and margin performance
Successful onboarding of new clients into ARIAN’s production and operational structure
Strong collaboration across internal departments
Proven track record in international B2B sales, ideally within print, POS, retail or manufacturing environments
Demonstrated success in new client acquisition
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Technical understanding of production processes and materials
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
High willingness to travel internationally
