Privacy Lead & Privacy Design - EMEA and APAC
This is an exciting senior role that will lead Aon’s global approach to embedding privacy by design in products, services, and internal data uses, while ensuring compliance with other data related requirements. It oversees the EMEA and APAC Privacy & Data trust teams and reports directly to the Chief Privacy & Data Trust Officer. The position also collaborates with the Chief Data & Analytics Office and the Data Governance Lead to align privacy, data protection, data governance and ethical considerations—including AI—with enterprise‑wide data and analytics strategies.

Lead Aon’s global privacy‑by‑design strategy all regions, combining senior leadership, responsible innovation and cross‑functional influence. It not only shapes how privacy, data protection, AI, and governance are embedded into products and services, but also manages regional teams in EMEA and APAC, aligns global programs, and collaborates closely with legal, engineering, analytics, cybersecurity, and business partners. The role stands out for its strategic impact, its focus on emerging technologies and regulatory change, and its ability to translate complex requirements into practical guidance that builds client and data trust across the enterprise.
