  • Develop, grow, and manage a global network of qualified tooling partners, including training and capability development to meet quality, cost, and speed requirements
  • Ensure systematic, globally accessible storage and governance of drawings and technical documentation
  • Contribute to succession planning, talent development, and career growth within the Modular product line

Shared Accountabilities

  • Ensure execution of a tooling maintenance program in collaboration with operations, including supplier diversification and SLAs that minimize operational risk

  • Budget performance (Sales & EBITDA by sub-product line / end-to-end basis)
  • Response time to technical support inquiries
  • Speed, quality and cost-effectiveness of tooling investments
  • Effectiveness and quality of product launches

Your Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within plastic injection molding, tooling, and product design, combined with a relevant technical degree
  • In addition to being able to lead the development of and execution of a long-term tooling and R&D vision, you also possess a hands-on mentality, directly getting involved in cases working alongside the R&D, drawing and tooling professionals to drive day-to-day business
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a global network of third-party tooling suppliers
  • Strong experience setting up and maintaining structured global documentation systems for tools and part drawings (e.g. Creo, SolidWorks or similar)
  • Technical experience with Modular Belting products is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong stakeholder management capabilities in a matrix organization
  • Self-driven, structured, and collaborative leader with a strong passion for team success
