Your Role:

We are growing our team to meet the tremendous demand for our recently launched Broker API offering. As the first Sales Operations hire, you will support our growing customer acquisition and retention functions, and build critical infrastructure to drive the next stage of our hypergrowth.

Things You Get To Do:

  • Build the sales operations practice from the ground up, covering technology, data, and processes.
  • Design and execute on our CRM strategy (currently Hubspot).
  • Create processes and onboarding documentation to support the growing customer teams.
  • Work with various customer teams to meet acquisition and growth targets.
  • Partner with marketing and data teams to ensure proper flow of data across platforms.
  • Collaborate strategically with our head of revenue on team performance, go-to-market strategy, and customer trends.
  • Build reports and dashboards to communicate and promote data-driven decision-making, including pipeline, forecasting, capacity planning, budgeting, performance management, data hygiene, and KPIs.

Who You Are (Must-Haves):

  • Sales operations experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of major CRM platforms. HubSpot experience is preferred.
  • Experience integrating with other sales ops tools, including Outreach, Gong, Chorus, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience in B2B - SMB / Enterprise. B2C experience is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative approach with experience in data analysis and insights, including: SQL, BI tools, Excel / ETL.
  • Ability to communicate key sales metrics via dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder management, with the ability to drive decisions / results on collaborative projects.
  • Industry experience in FinTech is preferred, especially with broker-dealer business.
