As Finance and Operations Director, you will be the strategic financial steward of a fast-paced, creative organization. You’ll partner with the rest of the executive leadership to ensure financial sustainability while enabling bold, innovative work. Your role is to bring clarity, structure, and foresight to the operations of a business where ideas are the currency and agility is key.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Global Network Integration: Act as the bridge between our local studio and the broader international network—sharing knowledge, aligning processes, and driving collaboration.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operational compliance with local and international regulations and proactively manage risk.
• Strategic Execution:
  Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate vision into actionable plans, driving initiatives across departments including production, finance, HR, and technology.

QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS

• Proven experience in a senior operational role within a creative, Technology or innovation-driven environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to handle financial disciplines.
• Deep understanding of project-based revenue models, time tracking, and client billing structures.
• Strong understanding of the processes within a digital agency and how to support it operationally.
• Experience working within or alongside global agency networks.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a passion for securing a profitable business.
