The Mission: Our team in Satair is looking for a Project and Process Manager to steer Quality Topics within our Material Management Industrialisation Platform (MMIP).
Your key mission is to drive the integration and industrialization of our Material Management functions—bridging IT backbones, governance and daily operations.
Your Crew: You’ll be joining a great team of 18 team members located in Hamburg, Copenhagen, Dulles (USA) and Singapore. We are a dynamic, knowlegable and diversely experienced team of Process & Performance Managers, Data Analyst & Automation Manager, Project Managers and Quality Conformance Manager.
Our team’s objective is to define and enforce quality standards, drive performance management and lead transformational improvements to ensure regulatory compliance and excellence across Satair.
What is your Impact :
Be the Voice of Quality: Drive the Quality strategy within the Material Management Platform.
Future-Proof our Systems: Ensure that every new transformation—from IT developments to process shifts—rigorously meets Quality standards and operational needs.
Smooth the Turbulence: Coordinate vital internal adaptations (organizational, IT, KPIs) to guarantee a flawless transition without disrupting the core business.
Bridge the Gaps: Lead cross-functional discussions, uniting diverse teams and departments towards a single vision.
Quality Performance and Process Management: Manage Quality KPIs and define Quality Processes
What should you bring to the table:
Project Management: At least 5+ years of experience successfully leading transformation projects
The Collaborator: A proven track record of uniting cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams and
The Tech Translator: Solid expertise in ERP / SAP / IT management (you know your way around architecture, analysis, requirements, and master data management)
The Quality Mindset: You inherently think end-to-end and beyond functional boundaries - and never compromise on standards
The Communicator: Advanced fluency in English - Bonus points if you speak German or French
And at best: Existing knowledge of Quality standards or a background in the Aerospace / Warehousing industries.
