The role you will playAs a Junior Analyst in the Legal & Tax team, you will build a solid insight into and understanding of alternative investments within renewable energy and infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to gain strong professional and personal skills through continuous feedback and a broad range of tasks from the inside of an investment fund manager. You will work closely together with highly experienced senior lawyers with several years of practice from top-tier law firms and corporates as well as highly skilled tax professionals with many years of experience from top-tier consulting firms.
The position provides extensive exposure to various aspects of the legal and regulatory framework governing alternative investment funds, including areas such as fund structuring, compliance with AIFM regulations, and tax and legal support in connection with investments. As part of our team, you will take on significant responsibilities, gaining hands-on experience and direct involvement in various legal matters.
The team you’ll be a part ofYou will join an ambitious Legal & Tax team working across AIP’s global offices. In addition, you will be part of AIP’s diverse student team of around 20 Junior Analysts with a strong community built around various sports and social activities.

• Supporting tax and legal work on investments and ad hoc legal matters
• Managing and updating legal corporate documentation and structure charts
• Assisting with KYC, signatures, archiving, and notarisation processes
• Helping to maintain policies and procedures
• Assisting with investor-related materials and responding to investor queries
• Supporting ongoing tax matters for AIP’s international offices
• Monitoring transfer pricing positions and updating documentation
• Maintaining accurate records, forms, and archives
