Job summary

This role involves the research and development of advanced multimodal systems that integrate vision and language capabilities. The position encompasses the entire AI model lifecycle, including dataset creation, training pipeline development, model evaluation, optimization, and deployment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with multimodal AI systems, particularly vision-language models.
• Proven expertise in supervised fine-tuning, knowledge distillation, and reinforcement learning from feedback.
• Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning and distributed training frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in improving model performance on industry-standard benchmarks.
