Job summary

Seeking an AI Developer to lead AI initiatives from concept to production, collaborating with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver customer-facing AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Weights & Biases.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proven ability to build and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask, and proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in consulting or specialized engineering.
• Familiarity with containerizing models using Docker and deploying to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner for customers, translating their operational needs into AI solutions.
• Manage projects from data cleaning and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and debugging.
• Optimize model performance through techniques such as model compression and quantization.
• Develop advanced prompt engineering and LLM customization strategies to improve application performance.
