At AGC Biologics, we're looking for dedicated individuals to join one of our Warehouse teams. This isn't your typical warehouse role - our environment is GMP-regulated, demanding high standards of quality in everything we do. Your daily responsibilities will include picking goods for production, returning items to stock, conducting inventory counts, cleaning equipment, and completing essential documentation to meet our strict procedures.

Our Warehouse team is made up of 10 experienced and knowledgeable colleagues: nine full time and one Student, all working together in a supportive environment where everyone’s strengths are valued. Flexibility is key—you'll assist your colleagues wherever needed, whether in the warehouse or at goods receipt. To the Team Leader, Erik, a good team spirit and tone is crucial for the good collaboration and problem-solving of the team. Therefore, we value your good communication skills and focus on team work.
Do you like taking responsibility of new tasks and challenges?
We are looking for a new colleagues who has experience in Picking, and working in a GMP warehouse. If your approach to work is based on taking action and driving both routine and new tasks with focus on adjusting to changing priorities, then you may be a good fit for this role! A forklift license is mandatory, so please write this explicitly in your CV. All our procedures and documents are in English, so it is a key criteria to be fluent in English at a professional level. In order to deliver high quality support, your attention to detail and accuracy is very important. We highly value someone with previous experience in Microsoft office, and if you have knowledge of Microsoft Axapta and D365, this is a great advantage. As a team, we consider ourselves as highly service-minded, patient, calm, and helpful, so we appreciate if you hold these personal characteristics as well.
The team operates in two sub-teams across day shifts and evening shifts. This open position is for the day shift, with working hours from 06:00–14:00 or 07:00–15:00. You'll also work one weekend every four weeks, with shifts from 06:00–14:00, 08:00–16:00, or 10:00-18:00. The average workweek is 37 hours over a four-week period, and you'll occasionally work on public holidays.
